Return & Refund Policy – Belivaa


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of baby products, Belivaa does not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product


2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Images showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.


4. Refund / Replacement Options

Once your request is verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Refund (if replacement is not available)


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI


6. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
